- Return Procedure:
Before any returns can be made, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain your RMA, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Reason for return
You should expect an answer in the next 24h, including your RMA and the full return and shipping instructions. We do not cover the return shipping fees and will not provide any return labels, which have to be fully paid by the customer. We will not accept nor refund packages that are returned without a RMA.
- Weighted Blanket Conditions
All returned weighted blankets must be in their original and undamaged condition and include all original components included in the package (PVC zipper bag, user manual, original cardboard box, free gift). If any accessory is missing, you might get charged a fee for the missing item. We reserve the right to charge a 25% cleaning fee if we judge that the blanket was returned in an abusive condition (dirt stains, pet hair, strong odors…).
- Payment Refund
The refund will be issued as soon as we receive your return package. We will credit your original payment method. You should expect to receive a confirmation via email once the refund has been processed. For Debit or Credit Card refunds, it might take up to 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Please note that any partial refunds will automatically void the warranty completely.
- Order Cancellations
We usually ship out orders within 24 business hours following the order. If you want to cancel your order, it must be done in the same time frame. However, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation will be possible due to our automated fulfillment system. As long as your order is not shipped, we will be able to cancel your order and refund 100% of your order. Once the order is shipped, the regular return policy will apply.
If you feel that you have chosen the wrong size or weight you can exchange the blanket within the first 30 days. We will provide you with a return label to send the blanket back for the exchange. As such, a standard fee of $25 will be applied to cover the cost of the return. That being said, we will cover the shipping fee for the new blanket.
In the case that there is a price difference, we will reimburse you (minus the $25 fee) or invoice you for the price difference.
